Next Directory order

I've just signed up to a new account with Next Directory.
When I first signed up they offered me free delivery if I ordered a Next Directory for £3.75, or no directory and £3.99 delivery charge. Ever the money saver :money: I thought I'd opt for the directory and save 24p (plus I thought it'd be good to have a flick through the directory as it's not costing me more than my order would have anyway). A directory was added to my shopping bag, along with my items and a delivery discount shown.
After I logged out and back in again my basket was empty.
I stupidly assumed that by clicking the 'request a directory' link on the homepage it would add a directory to my order and give me the free delivery again. Instead it took me to a page that said along the lines of...
'Thank you. Your application for a next Directory will be processed within the next X days. A charge of £3.75 will be invoiced at a later date'
No option to say 'no, I don't want to order if I have to pay £3.75'. I'm not 100% sure of the wording of the above, I daren't click the link again!
I've just rung customer services who assured me that no order has gone though, although I'm not convinced it won't be processed in however many days (can't remember how many it said) and I'll be sent it and charged anyway. I've taken down the name of the chap I spoke to and the time/date just incase, but just wanted to warn anyone not to click on the image below whilst logged in to the Next website.

complain that u didnt want it and they'l refund it and stop sending u it, or in my case carry on sending for a few years before realising they forgot to charge me.
its their trick to all new sign ups as most wont realise.0 -

Thanks, I did call them and they said they had no order for a directory on my account, but if they do send one and charge me I'll definitely call them to complain!
It's very naughty I think, they should at least have a page in between that states the price and asks you to confirm the order.0
