Bought an item on my Barclaycard..

..but not recieved it. It was bought on November the 20th as a Christmas present. But it has not turned up, i have had about five emails from the seller blaming the post etc. But still nothing, what can i do to get my money back??

Did you use a third party payment processor?? E.g. Paypal?

You need to contact the seller first and ask them where it is. You need to allow them 30 days to deliver from the transaction date or an agreed date in writing. After this time has passed then barclaycard are more than likely able to do a non reciept of goods claim for you. They will need to the details of the tx-what you ordered, del date, delivery address, dates you contacted merchant and what they said. Best to have everything in writing to make case as strong as possible, so note down dates or keep emails.
