Quidco not giving full cashback

I went through Quidco to buy AXIA home and contents insurance that would have given me £65 cashback. However, when the tracking came through it stated I had got only £45 cashback. Even minus my £5 yearly fee it was a loss of £15.

Why ?

Surely you would be better asking Quidco that question?

Do you meet all the conditions of the offer?
As dmg24 said you'll need to ask Quidco to get a precise answer

it's fairly easy to raise a query with them on any transaction. just as likely to be a fault with AXIA as with quidco. they're usually pretty fair and fast with any queries too.
