New to abroad holidays, advice please :)

We are looking for a family holiday (2 adults, 2 children ages 9&4) in last week in May for two weeks. All inclusive. Would like warmth, beach, pools, places to walk and explore. Not too quiet. Any ideas and also who to book with ??

Many thanks for any and all ideas.
