Weeping Dwarf Peach Tree
Being the sad gardening addict that I am now I today thought I'd listen to a few gardening programmes on bbc iplayer.
I listened to this one from bbc sheffield and on 42mins 30 the chap started talking baout a weeping dwarf peach tree that doesnt grow higher than 6ft and apparently grows fruit in abundance even in not so great summers.
I have been looking online and there are many dwarf peachtrees but I am not quite sure which one he meant. Does anybody have a clue?

You were listening to me on BBC Radio Sheffield.
The peach variety you asked about is Prunus persica Lacrina. Our supplier (my proper job is running a garden centre) imports it from France (I think). We have been in touch today & have 10 reserved for delivery over the next few weeks.
There aren't that many about in the uk & a google search doesn't show any suppliers.
Hope this helps & thanks for listening.
