Know the name of this bit driver?

There's a bit which looks like a flatblade screwdriver but the centre of the flat bit is missing, so it looks like a dinner fork with the centre two prongs missing and the outer prongs are only 2mm long.

What's the name of that sort of bit? and I need one in a small screwdriver type set i.e not the bits but a set of screwdrivers IYKWIM

    If you can't find any I've got away with using my needlenose pliers.
    Or with much cursing, a couple of allen keys tightened into a small adjustable spanner.

    I could also grind/file a cut-away into a flat screwdriver blade.
