    Ouch that made my head hurt, but I really don't think that anyone stepping foot on your property to gain back their items would be of any interest to the police as surely it would be a civil case ?
    I still don't really understand the main problem though, you owe them several weeks money and they want it. They might well be rude but that is often the way with creditors when payments are behind.


    i think happygirl isnt happy with the way the collector or collectors work but surely you would be aware fo how they work when signing the contract

    Isn't brighthouse the company who sell £300 TV sets for £1,500??

    The Brighthouse customers have money to burn paying so much for their appliances, a few extra charges won't make a difference surely.

    If you're wanting help it's normally a good idea to at least give an outline of the issues you're having, that might get proper responses from people.
