Send them back, honest mistake on both parts.0

Amazon re-sent something to me last week and the original turned up next day followed by the replacement the day after, which my husband took delivery of as it arrived differently packaged to the first one. I did the right thing and applied for the returns label online. However it had to be returned via DHL and they will only collect weekdays and I would have to have taken a day off work. I phoned Amazon and told them I would be happy to return it via Royal Mail and they said they would give me £5 for postage. As it was a large parcel I said I was sure it would cost more than this. They kept me on hold a little while then came back and said I could keep the second item free of charge. Very good result considering it cost almost £30. I'm not suggesting this is the norm but I would have felt guilty if I had just kept it without saying anything and in my case honesty paid off.0

You complained and they nicely refunded you. Be honest and send them back or pay for it.0
