BestBuy Online Order Rant

Tried unsuccessfully to buy LCD TV online with BestBuy for 3 days. Checked with my credit card company and all is OK also paid other online orders since so know its not the card. BestBuy customer service staff polite and helpful suggest its BestBuy anti fraud system being hyper sensitive.....not much use if it prevents legitimate transactions. Whats most frustrating is that there is no work around even through verified phone ordering.

Anyone else have ordering issues?:(

I ordered a hard drive to be delivered last Wednesday. They they contacted me to say it wouldn't be coming as they had no stock - told me they have received a faulty batch. The whole time the website was letting people order it still with next day delivery, they said it would soon be corrected but never was. They said they would cancel my order but never did, I emailed them again and they got back to be 3 days later asking me to provide my order number, address etc despite this email being in response to one they sent me before (it had a case ID). In the end the status on the website reverted to order taken so it let me cancel the order myself.
