Firefox Form History Problem

Hello all,
I use Firefox and Google Autofill for competition entries via the site, thanks martin and all those who post them!
I have had no problems at all until I upgraded to Windows 7, now I am very often getting blank form history boxes appearing, I have enclosed screen shot to show whats happening
Has anyone got any idea how to stop this as obviously its taking me longer now to enter each one as I cannot just click the form history button

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have reinstalled the Autofill and Firefox but getting the same problem

Presumably you've checked settings in Tools/Options/Privacy in Firefox?
Also, if you have CCleaner, check the settings relating to "Autocomplete Form History".Move along, nothing to see.0
