Each time i purchace something for my Android phone Google charges me £1.25 for "overseas" fee. This is very annoying when the app is only 60p.

The Halifax clarity credit card seems to be your best option because that only charges interest and not a fixed transaction fee. On small transactions like buying apps that wouldn't be much.0 -
