I sleep in a single bed & find a single duvet is too narrow & that a double duvet, especially a winter-weight one, pulls down too much at the sides & isn't very comfortable
so now I have Ikea 'single' duvets in two different weights, they're an odd size, halfway between UK single & double sizes so absolutely perfect (imho) for a single bed0 -
I am looking to buy a duvet. I have a single bed, but considering a double duvet, any ideas?
I have stayed in premier inn, thistle, holiday inn all of which ive always had an immense sleep. So I need a duvet on par with these. Any suggestions on duvets and where to buy?
Thanks in advance
I got one from Amazon, by Home scape. It's the best Duvet I've ever had. Very light but warm. Apparently it's what the best hotels use.0 -
If you have a Shaws drapers shop near you, they often have duvets in clear bags and which have had the labels removed. I was told by the assistant they are either M&S or Fogarty seconds (although I found nothing wrong with mine) and they never know when the next batch will be arriving.
I bought a fabulous king size duvet in the Torquay branch for the grand total of £4.99 a couple of months ago.
Hope this helpsMy husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0
