Anyone used 'styleandperformance' website for car accessories?
Hi - any advice would be appreciated
In Oct 2010 I purchased car mats from the UK website styleandperformance .co.uk paid for my items through secure payment via my debit card for £25.
Received my email confirmation from the company and waited for my mats to arrive. It said approx 5 - 10 days.
Two weeks later, still no car mats so I decided to contact them. First via email, no response. So I call their number on the website. It rang and said I am in a queue. Hung on for 40 minutes and no luck.
I sent four more emails in November and tried calling the same number and waited in the queue. Longest I hung on for was 65 minutes and still no-one picked up!!
Contacted my bank and they're looking into my payment.
10 weeks later I still have no car mats, down £25 and this website is still active.
I can only find on the web the address registered in Rotherham and the local telephone I found with this was a private 'wrong' number.
What should I do?? I only want my mats and annoyed this company can still be running, taking money and not delivering goods and not responding to any of my communication.:(
