    These are the terms and conditions for our competition to win a rail holiday in Cornwall.
    1) The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
    2) The competition is not open to employees of Campaign for Better Transport or their families, or employees of Railholiday Ltd, their families or agents.
    3) Only one entry per person will be accepted. Automated entries will not be accepted. The judges' decision is final.
    4) Entry into the competition is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    5) By entering the competition you agree that we may pass your name and contact details to Railholiday Ltd for use by them to fulfil their obligations in relation to the competition.
    6) No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
    7) The closing date and time of the competition is 23:59 on Monday 21 February 2011.
    8) The winner is the first entry to be randomly drawn on Tuesday 22 February 2011.
    9) We will attempt to notify the winner by telephone and email on Tuesday 22 February 2011. If the winner does not respond to the instructions contained in this email before Friday 4 March 2011, then the prize will be re-allocated to another entrant.
    10) The prize is a Monday-Friday or Friday-Monday break in either the the St Ives Bay SK2 East (for up to 8 people) or the Old Luggage Van (for up to 4 people).
    11) The holiday must be taken before 8 April 2011, or between November 2011 and March 2012 inclusive, subject to availability.
    12) The prize does not include travel to Cornwall, food and drink, trips or spending money: just accommodation.
    13) The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Campaign for Better Transport and Railholiday Ltd accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
    14) Winners are responsible for obtaining and possessing travel insurance and any travel documents that may be required.
    15) The holiday is subject to availability.
    16) Railholiday Ltd reserves the right to change or withdraw the competition and/or prize at any time.
    17) The winner may be required for promotional activity.
    18) Details of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Campaign for Better Transport, 16 Waterside, 44-48 Wharf Road, London N1 7UX.
    19) No purchase necessary.
    20) Campaign for Better Transport and Railholiday Ltd accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
    21) The competition will be governed by English law.
