I'm currently writing a complaint letter to Virgin mobile about the constant c*ck ups on my a/c.
I've tried emailing them and I've tried calling them, but the problem is never resolved. And since it's been going on since May ( yes I know mad to have stood it for so long) I've decided enough is enough.
BUT I can only find PO Box address for virgin mobile. does anyone know of a proper address please?

Thanks zppp
thats all i could find too. I want to send it and get them to sign for it, which i suspect you can't do with a PO box address?
Can I send a complaint to their registered office do you think? I guess it will get passed to the complaints dept, but least i can send it signed for??0 -
The PO Box is just a fronting. Most major companies get items delivered directly even though it goes via a PO Box (it doesn't cost much at all), so it still should be signed for. Sending it to the registered address would have the same outcome IMHO, but may be delayed while it is passed to their complaints team.Best Regards

thanks will send it there then, am fed up with emailing them and it taking several days for them to respond - they reply instantly saying they'll reply in Xnumber of days and it and can be anywhere between 5 -17 days
or calling and having to explain everything AGAIN and then the silly numpys still not getting it right!! Hopefully a letter will get a response but won't hold my breathe

twitter@virginmedia.co.uk, I always email them and they are really helpful. They are a higher level of support based in the UK, compared with Phone and normal e-mail contact.
They usually reply the same day as well.0 -
ooo Thanks Helix will try that am getting desperate now need it resolved, been dragging on too long0

Virgin media & mobile are one of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune of using. Since I moved house, I have been back on paper billing (with a charge of £1.25) despite never having been on paper billing and never asking them to change that.
They're also the only company who have ever given me a late payment fee two weeks before said payment was due. They have now sorted it out (and got my name wrong when writing to me about it!), but...arrrgh!Squirrel!If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -
they're the worst mobile company ever. I thought CPW was bad but VM are truely AWFUL! they always completely ignore your complaint by sending out stock responses vaguely refering to ur complaint.0
