IVA can they take items purchased on credit cards

Hi, I am new to the site but not to debt unfortunately!

Im considering applying for an IVA but need to know if as a result of getting and IVA, could a holiday for later in 2011 paid on a credit card be cancelled or the payment be revoked by the credit card company or will the purchase stand?

Any ideas?

If you knew that you could not afford it, why did you book a holiday for next year?

I didnt know at the time, the holiday was booked nearly 12 month ago, and unfortunately my circumstances have changed significantly since this time.

I would have thought that your holiday would be unaffected as the credit card company have paid the holiday company. However I dont know if there are any rules of credit that you can and cant include in your IVA relating to products and services that you have paid for and are yet to receive. Be honest and ask your IP.
