Claiming bank charges

Hi, I have just received a letter from Santander (Abbey) enclosing details of a request due to be sent to my local county court - District Judge - to request that stayed cases to be dismissed - all together. How do I now go about taking this on? My case has been on a stay since before the court ruling, and now I assume because of the ruling banks are deciding we cannot claim against the unfairness of charges. Looking at the site today I think I can claim for some of the hardship reasons, as I was a single parent and at times had very little income due to charges I had to pay that were just taken out of my bank without little or no negotiation. Do I write to Sandanter pleading my hardship or write to the court to counter their claim?? Any speedy help and advise would be most appreciated as I do not wish to miss the boat on this final leg. Kind regards. Tina
