Xbox 360 gaming router

Hi,

Hoping for some help. I need to get a wireless router to run 2 xbox 360's plus one pc from a cable broadband connection, but have no idea as to which one would be best. Money is tight at the minute, so that's another consideration, and I don't want to spend a lot of money on one if a cheaper one would do the job just as well.

I've been looking at the D-LINK DIR-615 which is around the £35 mark.

If anyone has any recommendations/suggestions I'd really appreciate it.

    Thanks for the reply.

I'm with Virgin Media. We've been running one xbox quite happily for a while, but my son got an xbox of his own for Christmas, and the router we have won't support both.

The D-LINK was because it looks like it would support both xbox 360's (with open NAT), but it seems very cheap compared to others, so I'm not sure whether to go for it or not.

I'm not techy at all, I'm afraid (as you can probably tell :o).

We've got a Micradigital F5d7230 connected to the VM router.

We've got the NAT open for one xbox, but we can only get moderate NAT for the other.

OH has been changing the NAT settings (he says by port forwarding, whatever that means); it's getting both NATs open at the same time that's proving a problem.

    Thanks for your help.

BT homhub is a c*nt for closing the NAT setting

I've forward ports etc but it still goes nuts at times.

A reset usually sorts it though. I've rung BT many times on the issue as i couldn't get into certain xbl games,

BT say there is nothing they can do
If Adam and Eve were created first
.Does that mean we are all inbred
