Hi All
I received a email from Parcelforce in 15th December to say a parcel was being delivered to me. I didn't receive it and just tracked it and it says it was loaded for delivery at their Leicester depot and then rescannned back to them at 20.19 on the 17.12.10.
It has not been moved since that date and is still with them. Apart from the rubbish service does anyone know why this might be? I get the whole Christmas delivery malarky but they have had it 2 weeks.

more than likely its somehow scanned as being attempted delivery and being held

Yes have tried but all automated which just tells me what I already know

as far as I know they have not attempted to deliver. No card has been left. The last entry states held for redelivery. They have not tried to deliver in the first place. They have my email addy and have not contacted me.
I will contact them on Tuesday to see what to do.0 -
