Bleeding Radiators

I have 2 radiators upstairs which apparently need bleeding - they only get hot at the bottom. I have a bleed key, but have never done this before. I looked on the internet and it says system may need to be topped up after radiators are bled as pressure will drop as a result of bleeding. Is this something I can do myself?? Bear in mind that I have no practical DIY skills. I dont want to start something that I cannot finish!!! If I get a plumber to do this what should I expect to pay??

I think you'll pobably find its a 28S rather than a 285.
Its a sealed pressurised boiler so when you let the air out of the rads the pressure wil fall. You'll need to connect the filling loop as per the User Instructions and repressurise once you've finished bleeding.
