I asked the portly one ....
So far they have been quite nice to me ... but then I am very green and cabbage looking! .... :^)
It's the 'portly' one who dislikes me

Today, I spent £20.25 on kids clothing and went to use the fawn colour £4 off £20, scanned no worries, then tried the blue £4 off £20 and it wouldn't scan!
Took it to customer services and explained that the blue one wouldn't scan *didn't mention that I used another one* She checked I'd purchased the right amount of items, and gave me £4 back!! woohoo!!
Haven't tried the £10 off £50 ones, but have my eye on a nice jacket and bag which total exactly £50!! Wish me luck."I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0 -
Tried for my second go at this offer today ... £74 Shop including £55 Clothing including one of those lovely Cashmere Jumpers! .... but unfortunately got turned down!
The SA questioned my combining theory & called the Checkout Supervisor ... !
She was a nice young girl who I had spoken to before ... and I explained that I had asked at CS if I could combine and they said I could ... which I had and she had ... She said she would store my transaction and take me down to CS to see what we could do ...
Felt like I was being marched to the Headmasters office!
When we got there the CS .. the woman I spoke to was not there ... and the other one who was said they could not be combined! ...
Sometimes I think they don't know what they're doing themselves!
I said things like "thought it was too good to be true" ... and asked if the clothes could be cancelled and I would rethink! ... She said fine and refunded leaving a total of £19 ...
She then said ... "You have some other coupons to take off don't you?"
So I handed over my wad of coupons and she rang them through the CS till .... She took them all ... including £7 in Sainsburys Mag' vouchers ... final total to pay ... £6!
All ended well ... but me thinks that was flying a little close to the wire! ...
As I have managed to combine them once I think it depends on the cashier ... I intend to go back maybe 2moro or Saturday and try again ...
The Cashmere Jumper will be mine!LittleBill ... "The riches of a man can be measured by what he can do without"0 -

I've bought several of the cashmere jumpers now using a combination of the blue and brown vouchers - two jumpers with the £26 blue vouchers and then two seperate transactions of men's jumpers with odds and ends like slippers and socks with a full set of blue and brown vouchers and each time the Cs was happy to take all the clothes vouchers yet when I try to use vouchers for my ordinary shopping they have a policy of only max of 10%
Now both my parents and OH's will be in cashmere on Xmas day:j0 -
I know it's very late in the day ... and the coupons run out on Sunday ... but have picked up two more sets of the brown ones today ... if anyone would like them and they PM 'fast' ... I will post 1st Class today or 2moro!:rotfl:LittleBill ... "The riches of a man can be measured by what he can do without"0
