cancelling norwich union direct insurance

Norwich Union has given me very poor customer service recently when i've had to insure a courtesy car weekly, the usual stuff like forign call centres, trying to speak to someone but more alarmingly sending me the wrong documents.I've cancelled the insurance now but they are charging me £30.45.I've never claimed on this insurance, any ideas if i can do anything?

Pay it or stay with them. Insurance is a 12 month contract, to be released from it early you have to pay a fee.All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
