I have the following on start up, can any be safely removed?

Yes HKLM:Run HotKeysCmds C:\Windows\system32\hkcmd.exe
Yes HKLM:Run Persistence C:\Windows\system32\igfxpers.exe
Yes HKLM:Run RtHDVCpl RtHDVCpl.exe
Yes HKLM:Run ISUSScheduler "C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\UpdateService\issch.exe" -start
Yes HKLM:Run SetPoint C:\Program Files\Logitech\SetPoint\SetPoint.EXE
Yes HKLM:Run avast5 C:\PROGRA~1\ALWILS~1\Avast5\avastUI.exe /nogui
Yes Startup Common Logitech SetPoint.lnk C:\Program Files\Logitech\SetPoint\SetPoint.exe

I don't think anything on that list would worry me. Why do you ask?

You COULD "safely" remove Avast and Windows Defender - that action wouldn't harm your machine, but you'd be wide open to attack, so I wouldn't recommend it.
