Hi all,
Just wondering how long is it between sending the AQ back to the court and receiving a letter from the court with the hearing date.

as memory serves it was about a month, but that was a while ago, and depends. Barclays asked that the case be heard in a court local to me, which means that your wait time is however long your local county court take, mine was slightly delayed though due to moving midway through. Have you sorted out your court paperwork yet ready?Debt £5600 all 0%0

The libraries section of the CAG site has a zip file containing all the paper work, case histories etc. If you can't find it pm me you email address and I'll send it you. You do have to go through it as there were a couple of incomplete bits when i put mne together, but going through it also helps you get a better idea of what you're arguing in court if it should go that far.
My advice is to give yourself a couple of hours to read through it all then put everything in and number it. Dont forget you need 3 copies, 1 for you, 1 for the bank and 1 for the court. Also when you send the banks, get proof of posting so they can't play dirty. Last but not least if you can print on 2 sides, I suggest you do, as mine was 71 pages long altogether and yours ay be more!Debt £5600 all 0%0 -
Thanks justruth.
Does not really matter about printing, doesn't cost me a thing! Will probably do this on Sunday!
