Hi all, just wondered if anyone else has been having any trouble entering Shortlist.com competitions recently? The last few times I've tried (over the past few weeks, I think) , I click on the enter comp button and...nothing happens. I've tried on IE, Chrome and FF. Nothing. Can anyone shed any light on this for me? Can't figure out why they would suddenly stop working, or what settings I might need to change to fix this. TIA.

Theres an answer to that by amilucky somewhere on this thread I think :)

EDIT: I'm sorry it was Stylist. But I did this for shortlist and it worked

Thank you to pa2539 for posting the Warburtons text only competition.

I don't want to thank on the comp thread as that might be seen as bumping.
I am still bemused - how was I supposed to mark that I had entered this competition, if it stayed as a single post on a multi-competition thread for postal and text comps?

    hiya, as beffffff says

on the postal/text comps you can thank the op by clicking on the 'thanks' button :)

& it'll help you keep track of the comps you've entered on there, that's how we used to do them on main board before they gave us the entered tick button :)
it also works on the puzzler/tab threads so you know which ones you've entered

I think tgroom57's query might be because the comp was also posted on the main board with a link back to the orginal post in the postal thread. Glad has now merged it into the postal thread.

That being the case my reply may still help in that situation? If someone posts a link to a regular thread, or to postals, or to a post in any thread for that matter, you can still click the link and check your thanks on the OP to see if you've entered :)

I know it's annoying because it's a few extra clicks to see if you've already entered something but I guess someone thought that comp was hidden away too and wanted more to see it so was trying to help? There's no risk of duping with these linking threads if you use thanks (just a risk of frustrating everyone that knows about and uses regulars/postals already I guess ;))

    Also check
    Roboform >Options>Loginbrowser

Make sure it is ticked for Roboform default browser or Fire fox.

Yes of course your reply (and Korky's) will help in that situation. I was only trying to help explain:embarasse as the post referred to had since been merged so the original post might not have made sense anymore.
