I'm trying to search for an impossible to search site
http://www.shoes.co.uk/
if i strip the url to shoes i have trawled back 6 months back and can't see it, if i do full url again it picks up the word shoes so have trawled that,
Can anyone do a quick search so i can post it without duping xxx tia
If it's for the £100 prize draw it's posted as a regular comp here

the best way to search when you get an mse difficult to search url is via Google like this
site:forums.moneysavingexpert.com "www.shoes.co.uk" note the url has to be in brackets
Google even tells you what part of the forum the post is located in
E: MONTHLY £100 Prize Draw (Shoes) Enter once for automatic entry ...
16 Feb 2011 ... http://www.shoes.co.uk/index.php?opt...istration_form. Win £100 in their monthly prize draw. The winner will be able to select any shoes ...

Just got into comping and have a question regarding twitter. Normally when the competitions involve retweets, do we add RT in front of the tweet to qualify (do we need to @username for them to know?)? Will retweets using the retweet button be valid as well (will they know that you have retweeted?)Eleventh Heaven #23101 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 110

Thanks for any info on this compers
those that are charged at normla text rate MIGHT be included in the tripple credit. any that are to a short code (5digits) are not. at least they were not when i tried using tesco caus eof the tripple credit lol it used all my credit, then they barred the sim for some reason....i never did get round to calling them to ask why or anything.downloader wrote: »Just got into comping and have a question regarding twitter. generally if you have to retweet if you find the specific post and click the retweet button there it will add the rt for you. if you have to tweet its just improtant to have the correct phrasing, including the hash tag words, within the tweet. retweeting someone elses tweet rather than the comp tweet itself can disqualify you in some cases.
the @username is to reply to or mention the user, so if you have to retweet and answer a question use the retweet button on the specific tweet then @reply with the answer...i tend to click on reply to the specific tweet too. that way they can see your answer is in reply to that question, possibly not necessary but if they have a lot of tweets it shows the specific one im replying to.0 -

Yes, add RT @fredbloggs (name of company) before retweeting.
See Jane Willis's (compergrapevine) excellent resource which will tell you everything you need to know about Twitter.

Nothing to do with me, but Jane is very helpful to 'those who tweet!.

If a comp in it's terms states :
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Bulk, third party or consumer group entries will not be accepted
does that mean no mse?

Yaaaay - got snap link plus working, thank you so much Toniq. It's so much quicker than opening each link individually. I have put multilink on my laptop and that works as well so will compare the 2 and decide which one to stick with but I can't see much difference so far so thank you for that suggestion as well. I knew I'd get the answer I was looking for on here - thanks again0

It is aimed at people who subscribe to Automated Competition Entry services like Win24, WeWin4U and PrizeDrawCentre which charge users a few pounds a month and then enter competitions for that person (and many others) using a script or program who send in bulk entries for there subscribers
there have been loads of MSE winners that have won comps that have had this rule in there T&C's
so I don't think that this rule in any way applies to MSE
