Thanks. I just saw a couple of comps including the chase that I have never have seen before in the ITV search I have been doing for months. Didn't realise they were new comps as it doesn't say - what is the chances!!

I am always irritated when I am about to enter a competition and then I have to participate in a stupid survey. Is it just me? How can I avoid them? Right now I am on getmeaticket.co.uk to try to win an iPhone, but to enter the competition, I have to fill out a survey! So annoying! :mad:

getmeaticket is a spammy site anyway so i wouldnt waste your time on it. There are plenty of non spammy genuine competitions on here x

Why on earth are you on that site?
There is no need to go for the spammy comps when there are so many here.

Thanks a lot for letting me know! I am new to comping, and had no idea it was a spammy site. I will stick to what I can find here from now on!

Don't worry. I entered a comp on there before discovering that it was a spammy site.

Stick with what's on here & you'll not go far wrong.Most decent comps find their way here in the end.

They have done viewer competitions on the Chase before.

I don't know why they only run them sporadically. It must be a good money spinner for the ITV when they do run them.

if i add direct links in the daily thread to comps which are being posted as new every day with an end date that actually expires in the early hours of the morning of that end date (ie 1am) will i get moaned at again for having direct links? will i get moaned at for adding a thread that is in game over rather than a direct link?

anyone got any suggestions for how i can add these comps to the daily thread so people who dont manage to enter things as they are posted are not penalised for that? (as they are by hitting end date comps that have already ended by the morning of the published end date, or that they miss out on by doing that end date a day before the new comp is posted or by not making it to anything other than daily thread comps one day )

i had an email into junk box about being a finalist to win a laptop
wondered if i'm right in thinking its spam/junk
would hate to delete if genuine.
