Yes that would be handy! My DS moans about travelling every time we go somewhere even when its somewhere he really wants to go!
How long are you going for? My parents are in Tenerife just now. We love Tenerife so quite jealous although we are going in October for 2wks.
DD is still managing to squeek at me!:D
It's just always a long drive to the airport, and I don't like hanging around at the airport twiddling my thumbs waiting to get on the plane! I'll be ok once I'm on the plane and up in the air! It's a bit different this time because I'm travelling on my own! DH is taking me to the airport though.
Just four nights, I'm coming back on Sunday.
Ooo lovely, lucky them! And lucky you going for two weeks later in the year! :j I like the Canaries.0 -
Hope your washing machine comes soon Molly - the washing powder alone would have been a good prize! Were you needing a new one?
.
Actually, no! Mine isn't that old and works ok. I don't know why I entered it TBH as I don't enter for things I don't need/want, I guess I saw "years supply of laundry products" and entered
But my sisters machine (Which was a really old one left behind by the previous house owners) was on its last legs, so I offered it to her and that very evening, her machine stopped working altogether! So it was a very timely win and as she has a 6 month old baby, it will get plenty of use. She was so excited as its not something they could have afforded to replace themselves. So I think the comping fairy was watching over me last week.
I am keeping the laundry products for myself though!Value of prizes 2010 - 2017: £8374 Wins 2022: Magic set

Thats great Molly and I don't blame you for keeping the laundry products! It is lovely to give things away to peeps who need them.
I know after I had a new kitchen and appliances put in I didn't enter any comps for them. Supposing I had won a gold kitchen I wouldn't have had it changed again!:DMar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

Hi everyone! :hello:

Hope your DD feels better Shiels, and hope you feel better too Ladymorticia! Seems like everyone has the cold!
Well done on your win Molly, thats fantastic! Very kind of you to give it to your sister!
Jealous of you going on holiday Lily, hope the weather cheers up for you a bit!0 -
Evening everyone,
Hope you have had a good day
Still no parcel for me. Something tells me i am never going to find out what my mystery prize is because they'll just return it to whoever sent it to meOh well!
I was wondering, does anyone use BzzAgent on here?Redundancy isn't fun - comping is!

Officially I am a member Becki - I did the Splendid campaign and a bit of Activia (hated it so not much use to them). I only use FB for comps so don't really participate much! Prefer to be paid for my opinion.:DMar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

I've joined and am paying to get a SAD alarm clock for cheaper to try. I was going to get one anyway so thought I may as well. I'm starting to think I won't bother after this though. It seems like so much effort for little/no reward.
Like you said, I would much rather spend the time doing surveys!!
(Plus they use dhl and with the luck ive been having with them it may never arrive!)Redundancy isn't fun - comping is!

Becki, I have used Buzz on a couple of occasions.I haven't paid for anything though, just got the free offers (the tight git I am
) Was offered the SAD alarm though but didnt look into it. I've used yougov for paid surveys but have yet to reach the £50 payout!
Still on the kids laptop which keeps stopping too! So if I dont post for a while it's because i've got no connection so may need someone to post my usual comps if this happensBig thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
Sheils, hope dd is feeling better after her good night sleep. I know what you mean about this winter, it's bloomin awful and really took its toll on everyone. My mum has just got over having the flu 3 times and now has got it again, it was still in her sytem so she needs more stronger antibiotic to clear it.Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0
