I am out for lunch today and then doing a food shop afterwards as I was at a meeting yesterday afternoon till 4pm and I couldnt go as was too late in the day.

The sun is out here, still quite chilly though, well it is in the office with the air con blasting down my neck! :eek:

Hello everyone, sorry not read back sooo far behind, so sorry for everyone whos been caught up with the tragedy in Japan, im happy to say my brother got in touch on facebook so im breathing a sigh of relief, also another buddy is in Japan shes in the mountains she felt the shocks up there, shes got no water or electricity but theyre all safe
