I'm still not having much luck with this pc, tried downloading avast to clear system up but something keeps blocking it. Will have to try kids laptop to finish off posting comps if this keeps blocking.

just a short post to say that I am taking an indefinite break from comping again!

my worst fears have been confirmed by the consultant at the hospital my wife has Alzheimer's and Vascular dementia and the prognosis is not very good

will still pop in from time to time to say hello but I won't be posting or entering many comps (if any)

but I didn't want to go without wishing you all the very best of luck :)

Morning all,

Sun shining here too but looks cold. Great pics Korky - have sent some off to DH's aunt already! Thanks. I like to keep in touch but there isn't always news as apart from emailing we only see each other once or twice a year.
My parents have taken some of my cereal - my dad has taken a real liking to the marmalade granola and is on the 3rd box now! Must get some to my sisters now.

Thinking of you Amilucky and hope you are coping ok. xxx

Morning all

I'm a regular reader of this thread but a new poster, thought I would share a rant at myself with you all!

I'm such an idiot! Realised last night that the telephone number I have on my comping e-mail signature and the one saved in roboform is wrong :mad: I somehow got two of the digits mixed up!

I'm not even going to think about the hundreds of comps I could have won had they been able to get through to me

Also would like to mention that I am thinking of you and your wife Amilucky xx
