O'h hope so - thought I had maybe seen that somewhere. I have won this so often and the marmalade granola it is mounting up a bit!:o Todays is dated July though so thats ok. I do like it but think I might stop doing the spin everyday!

I have had a lovely day,had coffee out with friends then chatted to a friend over a mug of tea afterwards in another cafe,I had sausage and chips out today as it was a nice day and sat on bench eating them away from prying seagulls,went for a walk and then came home.

I think I need to do a scan on pc, it's really slow and security keeps popping up.
