Rain just started here as well korky. Just got back from our walk in time!

I don't think I have ever seen a live fox - there must be some about here as there is farmland and a golf course pretty near us. Must be nice to see them going about. Have enough to feed with all the birds in our garden who seem to keep looking in at the kitchen window. Postie brought 3 Visa statements today! One was due today so its lucky I pay by direct debit, one had nothing on it and the other is only £50 so I must go and pay it before I forget. Have so many cos I collect points etc. Don't like to miss out on anything.

Been winning a few things on the Barclays Comp but it does drive me mad. Was hoping to win the football boots for Ds but if I get enough sports direct vouchers that should pay for them. Is anyone else addicted to this comp?

Kaz, your DS might settle in this time round hopefully. We had a couple of tearful new starters today. We also had a child who got very upset that she would throw up every day so didnt come back for a while. When she started again she loved it and is now excited to come! (I bet it upsets you more than it does the little one! )

You're lucky having the foxes come so close to feed korky. They dont venture too near us.

Got all excited earlier, a parcel van came with a big package....and asked me to take it in for the neighbour! Ten mins later another came with a box, again for the neighbour! Wish they wouldn't torment me!

Hope all is well,I am getting on the mend now,still got sniffle from my cold and my cough from when I had the flu.

Full House Magazine is out tomorrow so must go and get a copy in the morning!



I hope you all have a nice evening! I was invited to my friends house for nibbles tonight but I cant make it as although I appear well I am still recovering so cancelled it for tonight as I dont want my friends or anyone to get it.

Red, did you enter korky's Hasbro comp? You had to be one of the first 5,000 to sign up and you got a game of something. Maybe that's it!

I just tried over & over again on the Barclays comp sheils, it just keeps telling me code invalid but it wasn't! I give up on it!

foxes are quite tame here, lots of the elderly residents put food out for them so suppose they've got used to people, though tbh i wouldn't like to get to close to them :rotfl:they do have a glint in thier eyes :eek::rotfl:look like they're eyeing you up for dinner :rotfl:

hate that, when the parcels are for neighbours :eek::eek::rotfl:

been comping since was a teenager in them days it was postcards, tiebreakers, snailmail etc & having to write them out :rotfl:not like now with just clicking on someones link :rotfl:


seriously, i was on other comp forums before joining this one
when they all became available on email/online entrys & think entered about 50/60 before had my first best win
