Good luck edd - hope you are successful. (My first husband died of cancer so I am pretty anti- smoking) OH says put all the money you save in a jar and watch it grow. He is pretty mean!:rotfl:

Started comping again, from the end of October to November I entered loads, won: £90 Walkers Crisps Rainy Days, iLuv Speakers, Scotch Tape Hamper, 2 tickets to Lynx music show in London (gaveaway couldn't go) and a Cushelle Koala I got fatigued though and couldn't bring myself to enter any more.

Glad to be back at home it was freezing in school today! Hope it's warmer for the kids tomorrow.
I think snow is on its way here again korky too. It's only just cleared.

We had snow thru the night Wingo, but only a little & the sprinkling has gone now .... I really hope we don't get more, I've had enough now!! :eek::eek:

Went back to work today, but got sent home 2.5 hours early as we were quiet & the flu is still invading me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

If you've had snow melvis it must be on its way here as we're not far from each other. I know whitby had heavy snow too.

Hi everyone,

Its horrible to hear you are getting snow again. We have had loads of rain. I have promised not to moan about it as it is so nice not to have snow lying. There are so many bugs going about just now. DS3 is in bed with his throat today - supposed to be going back to school tomorrow but can't see him making it. DS1 on plane back to Bermuda today and doesn't think he will be back before Sept 2012 when he finishes his contract there. It seems a long time and he tends to get home sick but he wants to see other places while he is over there.

Well done on your win wingo - always wanted to play that but have never got round to buying it.

Hope all is well,,I am alright,I have had a good day had lovely lunch of Aunt Bessie's Comforting Cottage pie and it was lovely.Took an hour to cook but I had my newspaper to read while I was waiting.
