However I got a letter back from Channel4 saying I am not a suitable candidate but have I considered "Scrapheap Challenge"?

We meet in church halls as well still but a group of us also meet up at the pub once a month for lunch...i look forward to it every month lol

well my meeting ended at 12pm.It started at 9.30am.I took the minutes.I came home for 12.30pm and made lunch,then I went out for a nice walk and then came back.I got some milk and a newspaper.I read the paper,then typed up the minutes on the computer and got 3 copies done for friends so thats done and dusted.Glad everyone is being good,well Better log off and watch Home and Away on Channel 5 at 6pm which is nearly time.

Evening all x

Hope everyone has had a good start to the week? Mine hasn't been great Was waiting for the bus this morning and a poor doggy got hit by a car further up the road. It was yelping but managed to get off the road. The driver, passenger and a couple of other people (I think one may have been the owner) managed to get it bundled up in a blanket or something and looked to be getting into the car with it so fingers crossed the vets managed to help it... Poor, poor doggy.

Then had a stressful day at work (it's a good thing I deal with most of my colleagues via email or someone would have ended up strangled today :wall:)

Then to top it off OH looks to have knackered his laptop :mad:


Think I'll shut up now. If anyone wants me I'll be sat in the corner rocking, muttering and clutching a bottle of cider...
