overcharged for goods and still not recieved them

i purchased ghd straighteners from a website as a xmas present company took money straight away plus extra £5.00 even though it states shipping is free and is still saying processing order that was nearly 3 weeks ago i have emailed them several times with no reply there is no contact number for them how can i claim my money back

    Where did you get them from, how much were they. let us know the site then we can check if they are fake or not.

    You've probably realised by now that it's best never to buy from a website without contact details.

    How did you pay? If it's by credit card or Visa Debit card you should be able to do a chargeback after 30 days. talk to your card issuer.

    It always makes it easy to help when the poster avoids giving out the sole piece of info required to help.

    As the op is not saying, we have to assume it is one of the thousands upon thousands of knock off GHD websites.
