    So fwor, that's a DEFINITE yes then (?), as I really want to be able to use my laptop in another room, but NOT wirelessly. I'm not concerned about connecting anything else to my home network, ie. my printer. I'm also not into paying Virgin for the privilege of another static outlet. My understanding is that using this kit, I would be able to sit anywhere, in any room, plug into any mains electrical socket, and get an internet connection.
