    Outside:
Downstairs terrace: Has been tidied. Plans yet to be made but will involve derusting the barbecue canopy .
Ground terrace: Need plant pots taken off stepped area and steps scrubbed, then decide what plants go where, including ones from apartment. Possibly use small wicker sofa set here?
Roof terrace: Needs new trim on roof blind and am going to try to use a small rotary drier in heavy parasol base. Need to decide how to use short term and longer term. Large table & chairs going here, dining table & chairs already bought and in place.

Hoping to move in end of next week or start of next :rotfl::eek::D.

Wow, I'm super-impressed with what you've done on your plan so far and how you are getting on with your house.

I would say your life is fairly busy right now! :rotfl:

Just found the time to walk to Spanish lesson - 1 hour+ each way, gutted it was only 15,000 steps, seemed much more :D.

Having tomorrow and Monday 'off' - long walk tomorrow and out with neighbour/friend Monday as it's her last day before going back to the UK :(. Tuesday I'll be taking them to the airport so that will take a chunk of time as well. Sure we'll get it all done somehow :D.

It sounds great, GG! I like the way you're letting the plan evolve, and finding what suits each room best for the way you live :)

Oops. Pinterest :o:eek::D. Now have some plans :rotfl:. It's a long, narrow terrace with a built in barbecue area at one end. Looking to turn this:

into a cross between this and this. It already looks much better as I've cleared everything and washed it. The drain is blocked and possibly collapsed  so that may curtail my plans of a sink with an open drainer above in what is presently the shower cubicle. Haven't quite got to grips with seating yet. Am sure Pinterest will be of assistance though :rotfl:.

Loving the photos! It's going to be amazing :)

I can't wait until I can do a room by room list for this house... at the moment it would be:

Living room: do major structural building work
Dining room: do major structural building work

... and repeat for every room in the house  Not really anything I can get stuck into yet, except spending lchunks of cash on bathrooms and light switches etc :o

I hope you will provide before and after photos to make us even more envious of your early-retirement in the sun? :T

I love those outdoor ovens , my aunt has a big garden (in England) and has one with grapes growing around it and a little bright blue painted table and chairs like the ones they have in Greece in front of it like a mini Greek restaurant. You must show us the photos when it's finished. :)
    MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁

    Situation in house is now:
Sunroom: Floor needs washed. Currently has two sold chairs waiting collection late Jan. No further furniture or inspiration :(NO ACTION
Living room: Floor needs washed then TV unit, coffee table, side table and lamp moved into position. Sofas have arrived at store - need to arrange delivery. No curtains to go on the new curtain rail :(, just sent friend a message to see if they can bring some out in Feb, along with some sheets, as they are driving down. Have looked everywhere here and on UK websites, best ones are on Dunelm but they don't deliver to Spain. FLOOR WASHED - NEEDS GOING OVER AGAIN, THEN STUFF MOVED. SOFAS COMING TODAY :T. CURTAINS DELIVERED TO FRIENDS :T, I'VE CHECKED BUT THEY'RE DOING A DELIVERY ONLY SERVICE, NO HANGING INCLUDED :rotfl:.
Dining room: Needs curtains to match living room but furniture has been relocated from old position and looks fab :T. Quite big and 'Spanishy' but not too dark. Would like a new ceiling fan but no rush. Wall unit being filled with crystal glasses - but am operating the 'too nice to NOT use' strategy - I'd sooner have some broken in use than keep them unused in a cupboard.NO ACTION EXCEPT TABLE RUNNER AND CANDLES ON TABLE.
What was the dining room and is now an empty space: Hmmm. This is bigger than I'd though and will look a bit odd as very little going it but not planning on doing anything to it as will be partly incorporated into bigger kitchen at some stage. Floor needs washed. WELL, IT'S NOT AS EMPTY AS IT WAS AS ALL THE CLUTTER FROM EVERYWHERE ELSE IS THERE :rotfl:.
Kitchen: In process of moving stuff over, outside of units and floor need washed. ALMOST DONE, BOOK SHELVES UP AND FULL, NEED TO FINISH OFF TODAY.
Inner hall: Floor needs washed, lights changing at some stage, need something to fill it.NO ACTION
Bed 1: Floor and wardrobe needs washed as do windows. Curtains on their way from Debenhams, bought some lovely lamps similar to this but nicer :). Nice bedcover also bought. Need pictures. Keeping existing furniture for now till we see what we really like. Looks a bit like this. CURTAINS WERE ACTUALLY FROM JOHN LEWIS :o. HUNG AND LOOK LOVELY. WARDROBES AND DRAWERS FILLED, MY DRAWERS ARE A SIGHT TO BEHOLD :rotfl:.
En suite: Needs cleaned and new ceiling light fitted, horrible rusty painted metal fittings have been replaced with new chrome and towel radiator fitted. DONE
Bed 2: 'Tilly's bedroom'. New wardrobe frame needs painting - no rush. Curtains waiting to be hung. Bedside tables (a bit like this) need rubbed down and painted. None of that will be happening quickly :o. Need a little dressing table and some pictures and cushions. Oh yes, and a bed :rotfl:. CURTAINS HUNG. STILL NO BED :rotfl:
Bathroom: Crikey, this just needs a good clean. Oh and new bath mixer and bidet taps. New towel radiator and fittings done. BIDET NEEDED NEW STUFF FITTED AS WELL AS TAP, DONE, PLACE JUST NEEDS CLEANED.
Bed 3: 'MWC's bedroom'. Needs window, floor and wall tiles washed. Wardrobe needs moving out and other moving in. Curtains and pictures need hung. Don't think there's room for a dressing table. Oh yes, this needs a bed as well :rotfl:.WASHED AND CURTAINS HUNG. STILL NO BED :rotfl:
Toilet: New fittings done. Needs cleaned. DONE
    Utility room: Needs cleaned. DONE
Tomorrow is M Day :eek::eek::eek::eek:. A lot to do today as well, if Mr GG ever gets out of bed (bearing in mind it's an hour later here as well :rotfl:).
