Ooh, is that the motorhomes website? I'd not seen that before! My early retirement plan includes living in one - if I like it, indefinitely/till my state pension kicks in. Mustn't look too hard until I'm entitled to a break ...

Nope - Mr Money Mustache :)

Well, where did that weekend go . Mr GG off carousing (including an 8-0 footie game yesterday and now off golfing another couple of days). I on the other hand have been DD's DIY servant including fixing toilet seat, putting up curtain rail and knife rack and putting up 2 blinds (well, the same one twice) (well, the same window, different blinds, first one made a bid for freedom out of the open window and landed in muck :rotfl:).

Fortunately at home tomorrow instead of in the office and meeting slightly barmy friend for dinner :D. That will ease me into the week nicely :T.

Grit your teeth and gird your loins ready for another week folks :).

Forgot to report the following conversation on the train:
    2 mid-40's guys:

Neil, haven't seen you for ages! What've you been up to?
Been busy actually. Just moved to xxxx (posh housing estate). Cracking plot but needs a lot of work done to it - reckon it'll be 100k to get it the way the missus wants it. What about you, moved yet?
Nope, still in the same house.
Never mind. I've just bought myself a Jag, well leased it. Dream house, dream car, I'm living the dream mate, living the dream! Are you still working at xx?
    Yup, for another 2 weeks.
    Oh, new job?
Nope, retiring. Living the dream mate, living the dream!

Cue snort from me, tried to disguise as cough. Thought I'd got away with it till retiree winked at me :)

Rest of conversation revolved around how retiree had lived within his needs not his means. Loved it! Not remotely jealous. No, no, no, no, no :o.

    Mojo still missing :(

Can't get this out of my head......

This made me laugh - your description of your friend being barmy. After reading your last few posts about eavesdropping, snorting and throwing blinds out of windows I wonder how your friends describes you?:rotfl:

How dare you cast doubt on my sanity :rotfl: I think she'd say we're pretty well matched :). Lovely evening with much laughter, scheming and architectural drawings ;)

Mr Spendy was quite subdued :D at least he didn't try to play the 'you're so lucky' card - though I wish he had :rotfl:
