Only started in August Ed and adding every month as a way of saving for tax and repairs on btl's. I work out how much tax likely, add % for repairs, less actual repairs. Used to just hold it in offset and include in figures then 'spend it' when required but as balance getting low I wanted to split out.

    Currently £2850.

Chuffed as I haven't even had the email yet. I spotted it as the account is linked to show on My Internet Banking Plus with FD which rather groovily lists all current and savings accounts plus pension fund and deducts mortgages and ccards to give a net worth figure. Can't get one pension fund to show though :(. (This is very much a first world problem :rotfl:).

Morning GallyGirl. Wow, you've made fab progress on your mortgage. Do you mind if I ask where you got the template from? (Or did you make that yourself?)

Lol... but would you leave the images blank for the home owners to fill in, or print on the wallpaper your progress for them to be inspired by? :-P

Ooooooorrrrr...... leave them blank and provide square stickers in the pack - much like the sticker mosaic books that were around when I was little? Lol
