Fortunately, the leaking seems to have stopped, so we'll make do with the old one for the time beingEarly retired - 18th December 2014

Hi GG back on it now and in some awe of your progress. Looking forward to a big mortgage free celebration later this year. I now have two buy to lets following some really good advice on how you did yours. I hate being a land lady but now have a full service letting agent which works for me. Is it bed-time yet . Had busy weekend with friends to stay, round at another friends for a good while yesterday. Took their dog for a walk :j. Saw a red kite get chased by a crow. Spent today gardening and worn myself out :rotfl:. Managed to find the time to buy some clothes off ebay
. Carried out and wrote up 2 mystery shops :T but need to return an item to one of them - will try to do during the week but will probably be next Sat.
Today I have mostly eaten ...... bread. Really couldn't be bothered cooking so spent time eating sandwiches for lunch and dinner - outside in the sunshine :T.
Thank goodness it's a short week :j.
Haven't done credit card rec yet and bill goes out in a day or two . Can be lazy because S123 account is functioning as a savings account for house so I know there's plenty money in there. Will try to do Thurs night - got a manic few days first
.
Watching the snooker - don't really mind who wins but it's a BH ritual. Will have to go to be bed early though so rooting for Selby to wrap it up quickly (crikey - that was a shock, it was all O'Sullivan last night!).A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0
