Oooo you and your plotting GG ;)
Sounds sensible business wise though and I think that's the thing with renting its not sensible to be losing/costing money constantly!

Em, not in my nest :D.

Aw, lovely film of red kites feeding on Springwatch, they're groovy big things, see tons of them round here :T. Though I saw one get chased by a crow a few weeks ago so they're not as hard as they look :rotfl:.

Things v quiet money wise but some big bills coming up .

Manic at work but holiday in 7 sleeps _party__party__party_

those crows are very vicious, i have seen them attacking eagle's, you dont mess with them lol

We were watching a heron sitting on a neighbours fence a month or so ago when a magpie came up and chased it off! A wee magpie???

means giving tenant notice which I'm not happy about but at the end of the day this is a business and it's supposed to make money :(.
Deed is done . It wasn't quite sobbing-1310.gifbut it was weepy-1309.gif. Oh dear, poor girl :(. And she kept thanking me for telling her face to face rather than by phone embarrassed-1030.gif.

In other news, adventuring was good, I did something only a tiny number of people in the world have done and I was a bit way_to_happy-1068.gifway_to_happy-1068.gifway_to_happy-1068.gifway_to_happy-1068.gifway_to_happy-1068.gif.

Anyway. We won't be putting house up for sale until tenant has moved out, on basis that it wouldn't be very fair and also she's a bit ditzy so I can see her forgetting etc. Enough stress in my life without that. Then once that is sold we will look for somewhere else. Not until, as again that would be too stressful. So I won't need to go on rightmove, now I have done original research on yields etc. No sirree, you won't catch me on there. Well, maybe to check house ad is ok. That's it perturbed-897.gif. Certainly not to work out how much equity we will have left over and how many months that can knock off end date no-890.gif.
