    Morning GG :j

Well done on all the pension shenanigans! :rotfl:
Quick question if I may.. Could you tell me which company & cashback site you use to book airport parking please? Just need to book it for my trip to Frog Land in July...

    Thanks a bunch

    Froggy x

I'm signed up with a load Froggy so mainly wait on a offer being emailed. Am now Quidco premium so faster paying - booked with holiday extras a few days ago, was 15% offer for parking & hotel, already been paid it :), but that offer has gone. Best to do a search on travelsupermarket on one browser to see which is cheapest, then check best deal on quidco.

    Happy Friday :D

GG arnt pensions just a minefield ... One of the main reasons were trying to become debt free is so that we can start preparing for early retirement, so have dipped my toes in the pension pond a few times, I'm actually considering once I'm debt free starting a retirement/ savings challenge, I enjoy the whole unit trust etc stuff but know I have a long way to go with my learning curve, pensions make up part of that steep learning curve so whilst I know some stuff about pensions I can't wait till I'm in a position to learn more and put it all into action :)

    It's the weekend :T.

Waiting to go out for dinner with Mr GG and DD - no idea when though as he's gone off on the choo choo without his phone so no idea when he'll be back. Muppet :D. And there was me thinking he was surgically attached to it ;). Especially annoying as meal is a mystery shop :j.

In other news....... to quote Britney....... oops I did it again........

    Onion soup anyone :o.

Keeping a tally of alliums IN and OUT?
BTW, I bought a 10 kg sack of onions for £1.99 last weekend  It is going to last us at least 2 months. The onions which sprout, in the meantime, are going to be used as spring onions :)

GG, the book has arrived. If you could pm me your snail-mail address I can post it at the earliest.

Would like to get grass cut and weeding done but doubt it - probably still too wet.

You need to get a few chickens GG :D

The Girls have kept my lawn lovely and short (and well fertilised)... well half of it... they've dug up the other half :naughty::naughty::naughty:

Don't start - DS would love some but I work too long hours - no-one to let them in at dusk .

Em, what was I saying about bank transfer going smoothly :o? One DD for M&S sofa got set up twice, I told Santander this and they cancelled the wrong one :rotfl: so payment rejected. Paid by phone today, nice man said as I only have a few payments left just to do by phone. 3 more payments then another £64.10 to OP's (plus 90p Tilly Tidy obviously :D).

Lovely meal last night and favourite waitress so great to give glowing report :T. DD at her dads and then off, taking pet and clean washing in tow. Plus bread, milk and anything else not nailed down ;). Date in diary for next DIY visit to hers :rotfl:.

Currently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad - thoroughly recommend it, though seeing house as a liability not an asset is a brain hurter :o. Talks about being wealthy as having enough income generated by assets to live on without having to work. So in 3 years and a few months I will be wealthy  :). Funny, I was obviously aware that we would have enough income without working, but putting a definition of 'wealthy' on it seems v strange and 'that's other people not me' like IYSWIM. Mr GG just gave me a 'duh, obviously' look :rotfl:.

Now need to get DD to read it :rotfl:.

    Gardening methinks next :D.
