That is quite mean, making you work it back.
We rarely finish early, but i do try and let the staff go an hour early or come in an hour late depending on shift on the Christmas day, boxing day and NY day, but our shifts dont allow for much else. Sounds mean, but I no longer do christmas day as Ive done my share and policy states that I shouldnt work BH unless no other alternative... shame! Same with nights, gutted (not)Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!
2014 GOAL HIT 5 Stone! 2016 GOAL to be a MF marathon runner.
