    Yes, it's a good deal if you want a 17.3" but there may be slightly better alternatives if you're happy enough with a 15.4" or 15.6" screen (in fact, NEXT have some good deals on laptops this size). ASUS is a very reliable brand, and £400 for a 17.3" i3 is a good price. Do you know what the exact model is?

    Crikey - Next selling laptops...

    17" screen, 3GB RAM, 500GB HDD, not sure of CPU spec, Windows 7 Home Premium.

    It's listed at £399, down from £650; £399 seems a decent price if you need the BIG screen, but I bet they didn't sell many at £650!"

    There's not a lot or information on spec from their website, that's why I'm going to have a good look when it comes and send back if necessary.
    I'm happy with 17" screen, processor and price so should be OK. It will be integrated graphics card though so that might not suit everyone, but I wont be gaming on it.

    No they don't actually there are many laptops with external graphics ;)
