I made a booby, of course to pay of £600 capital per month I would need to pay the £600 plus the £45.38, I some how got in in my tiny mined that i needed to pay £600 plus £9 plus £45.38...dont ask. Anyway changed the payment to £655 so will paying off £609.62 from the capital monthly. Incidently this payment figure is very similar to what our normal repayments were just a few years ago when interest rates were much higher. How scary is that:eek:
