Halifax and multiple cards

I applied for a Halifax Clarity Rewards card recently for the rewards and cheap forex. Got a credit limit way bigger than I require for these purposes. Now I've noticed they offer a long 0% purchase deal on one of their other cards that looks appealing.
I'm pretty certain that it's allowed to hold multiple HBOS cards, but can anyone tell me if they allow swapping of credit limit between accounts like MBNA do?

I use to work in a bank and the visa department would happily agree a swapping of limits, or an adjustment so long as the overall increase/decrease on each card was not bigger than the limits added together (if that makes sense). The bank looks at debt exposure.0
