Oo eck, I have precisely £2.15 in my bank account to last until either the end of the month for pay day, or next week when my eBay auctions end and hopefully I've sold some of my stuff! So I'm afraid until then I can't PAD. I will be putting £1.15 into my VSP out of my poultry pennies though. Sorry folks, feel like I've really let you down :(

£33.08 for me today. Missed yesterday - got home from work to find my 18 year old cat had been attacked by another cat! One expensive trip to the vets later and she is fine thank goodness. Hit the budget again though:(

Och praise God I just have the boys....sorry to hear that...can't you get a PDSA vet or something near you or don't you qualify to make life easier? I go to PDSA cos it's just round the corner :)

    Morning all,

Off into town today for a girly shopping trip with my two DDs and then lunch at Frankie and bennys (have £40 of vouchers).

Interesting day yesterday, had a phone call from the job agency and a company wants me to start a one week work trial on Monday - it's a 4 - 6 month temp contract, could last longer. Don't even know who they are but they are just down the road from here (well about a 40 min walk ) so if it comes off ok I could also have my daily exercise programme sorted:rotfl::rotfl:Go to the agency office today to get details and sort out timesheet stuff and the like.

Edit - opps forgot, my PAd for today is £65 to bank loan

Sounds fab....Praying for you...I have a £18.90 paypal debit that's come from who knows where? I just figured it...dang :p...whoops...wasn't expecting that when I did the SS this week :(...seriously skint and look like no savings next week when beginning of the week it would look like I would have £40 to fling at OD...

Sorry been awol...been busy. Postie bought me popcorn maker or railcard or something the other day. I know the bus is cheaper but I'm going out on a wee trip this pm on the train (but I might change my mind yet :) though I don't think getting the train back is cheaper than getting a return :()...by the time I've gotten down there and what not it's not much better than the bus...och well...could be worse..could be £100+ on train fares like I was planning last week...

Anyhow just checking in ...hugs for those who need them.....anyone done any experiments with cheap good washing up liquid (homemade)...currently trying 1tsp of washing soda and 1tsp of vinegar in the bowl..unblocks the sink a dream so far...don't know if it does much else. ..Hot water just doesn't get rid of the grease :(

Hi all, £2 today for me.

Suppose I should really do something constructive today but sitting in my pyjamas watching tv seems much more appealing. :D

    Morning all. Well, afternoon.

Well done Minni!! Good luck JayJay. Hope you are feeling better Erme.

I should have been back to work today, but still have my stinking cold and my ear didn't feel right yesterday so I called my doctor to get it checked and I was signed off for a week there and then over the phone. Great. While it will be good to try and get this thing cleared up, with my holiday at the start of the month and now a week off, my pay is going to be shocking :( I've also joined the gym, which while it's an unnecessary expense, I'm hoping that having something to focus on will make me feel better about myself and make me a bit happier.

Anyway, no pads still from me.
