Hi all, another £1 to Barclaycard today. Knackered as actually got up when my alarm went off (5am) and did some tidying and put washing away before leaving for work (6am start). Very unusual for me as I'm mostly zombie-like in the mornings.
Sorry to hear about the ipod FF.nickynoo08 wrote: »Hey everyone,
For those doing the dreaded shred i feel your pain. I did it every day for 16 days then could do no more, but i have to say it does work. I just need to build up the courage to do it again.
Ooh nickynoo this is me as well - I know I need to start doing it again but I'm scared of the pain. I'm always paranoid about someone seeing me doing my Shred workout as well - big windows, no blinds/curtains in the living room as on the third floor. As anyone who's done Shred will know, it is *not* a good look by the end of the workout!:rotfl:
