MMmmm dinner was nice - simple but very filling - L!dl pork loin chop with savoury rice yummy

I probably took about 45 minutes to do the bit of tidying I did earlier and I do feel a lot better for it

Forgot to mention, although the flowers that Mr 3Dogs got me last Sunday were still good (the spray chysathemums still great but roses finished), he got more today for me - all roses, a large bunch of pink long stem roses which I have added to last weeks vase which is on the kitchen window sill, and 2 bunches of a dozen red long stem roses which I have put in another vase on a table in the living room - they look lovely - ain't he lovely?????

I think everything is catching up with her. She is doing soo much. caring for her mam, the doggies, Mr 3dogs, her neighbour and she is the one who needs looking after today. Let's cheer her up.
