By the way, I still went to slimming class up here on Tyneside, and I had lost half a pound which I am quite pleased with after last weekend :eek: and what I have had since then too I have been on the plan mainly, but finding it much more difficult to stick to it at the moment - got the taste of chocolate and cakes at Christmas, etc and just can't shake it

Yes I was really pleased to have lost something, even if it was just half a pound - poor Mr 3Dogs is still suffering with me going away and gained weight again this week
